退款政策（Refund & Return Policy）

一、生鮮與食品商品（Coffee Beans, Drip Bag, Kombucha, Cookies）

基於食品衛生與品質考量，以下商品依《消費者保護法施行細則》第 17 條，為合理排除七天鑑賞期之商品：

  • 已開封之咖啡豆、濾掛、康普茶、餅乾
  • 客製化咖啡豆組合

非有商品瑕疵情形，恕不接受退換。


二、商品瑕疵或運送破損

若收到商品有以下情況，請於收貨日起「48 小時內」聯繫我們：

  • 包裝嚴重破損
  • 商品數量短少
  • 商品變質、發霉、異味
  • 收到錯誤商品

聯繫時請提供：

  • 訂單編號
  • 商品照片（含包裝外觀）
  • 簡要說明

我們會於 1–2 個工作日內回覆，並依情況提供下列其中一項：

  • 重新出貨
  • 全額退款
  • 等值商品折抵


三、海外訂單（International Orders）

海外訂單因運送距離與報關規定，退貨運費與報關費用由買方承擔，但若為本店出貨錯誤或商品瑕疵，本店全額負擔來回運費。請務必於收貨後 7 日內完成檢視並通知。


四、退款方式

  • PayPal 付款：原路退回 PayPal 帳戶（5–10 工作日入帳）
  • 信用卡：原卡退回（依發卡行作業約 7–14 工作日）
  • 銀行匯款：依您提供之帳戶退回

Refund & Return Policy (English)

1. Perishable & Food Products

For food safety and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened:

  • Roasted coffee beans, drip bags, kombucha, baked goods
  • Custom coffee assortments

We can only accept returns for verified product defects.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is severely damaged in transit, missing pieces, spoiled, moldy, off in smell, or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the package and product, and a short description of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days and offer a replacement shipment, full refund, or store credit of equal value.


3. International Orders

For overseas orders, return shipping and customs fees are normally the buyer's responsibility, except when the issue is caused by our shipping error or a product defect — in which case we cover all shipping costs. Please inspect your order within 7 days of arrival and contact us immediately if there is a problem.


4. Refund Methods

  • PayPal: Refunded to original PayPal account (5–10 business days)
  • Credit card: Refunded to original card (7–14 business days)
  • Bank transfer: Refunded to the account you provide
