運送政策（Shipping Policy）

一、台灣本島運送 / Domestic Shipping
- 出貨時間：訂單付款完成後 1–3 個工作日內出貨
- 物流：黑貓宅急便、宅配通、7-11 取貨
- 運費：訂單金額未滿 NT$1,000 加收運費；滿 NT$1,000 全館免運
- 預計送達：出貨後 1–2 個工作日
二、國際運送 / International Shipping
目前可寄送地區與商品種類：
- ✅ 咖啡豆 / 濾掛咖啡：USA、Singapore、Hong Kong、Macau、Malaysia、Japan
- ❌ 康普茶（330ml 玻璃瓶 + 不殺菌活菌飲品）：僅限台灣本島，不寄海外
- ❌ 餅乾、烘焙商品：僅限店取或台灣本島
- 物流：中華郵政 EMS / DHL（依目的地與重量自動選擇）
- 運費：依目的地與重量結帳時自動計算
- 預計送達：5–14 個工作日（不含清關時間）
- 報關責任：進口國關稅與當地稅金由收件人承擔
- 商品價值申報：以 invoice 實際金額申報，恕不協助低報
三、運送限制 / Shipping Restrictions
本店不寄送至以下地區：
- 戰爭或高風險地區
- 海關禁止咖啡進口國家
- PayPal 帳戶服務限制國家清單
四、商品破損處理 / Damaged Shipments
運送過程中若商品破損，請於收貨 48 小時內聯繫我們，並保留以下證據：
- 外箱外觀照片
- 物流標籤照片
- 商品破損照片
- 物流追蹤號
核實後我們將提供：重新出貨、全額退款、或等值商品折抵其中一項。
五、追蹤 / Tracking
出貨後 24 小時內會以 Email 提供物流追蹤號。海外訂單會同時提供 Chunghwa Post EMS 或 DHL 國際追蹤連結。

Shipping Policy (English Summary)
Domestic (Taiwan): 1–3 business days to dispatch via T-Cat / 7-11 pickup. Shipping fee under NT$1,000; free over NT$1,000. Delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
International: We ship roasted coffee beans and drip bag sets to USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, and Japan via Chunghwa Post EMS or DHL. Estimated delivery 5–14 business days excluding customs. Customs duties and local taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Declared value follows the actual invoice amount; we do not under-declare. Kombucha and baked goods are not available for international shipping.
Damaged shipments: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, shipping label, and damaged item, plus the tracking number. We will offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit.
