一、服務範圍
本網站提供精品咖啡豆、濾掛咖啡、天然發酵康普茶、烘焙商品及相關週邊的線上零售與店面取貨服務。國際客戶可透過本網站訂購咖啡豆與濾掛咖啡商品，詳細運送地區請參閱運送政策。
二、帳戶註冊
用戶可選擇註冊會員帳戶以使用完整功能。註冊時請提供準確的個人資料，並妥善保管帳號密碼。如有任何資料變動，請即時更新。
三、訂單處理
所有訂單將依商品庫存與烘焙時程處理。咖啡豆商品於下單後 1–3 個工作日內出貨；國際訂單作業時程請參閱運送政策。若庫存不足或商品異動，本店將以 Email 與您聯繫。
四、付款方式
本網站支援以下付款方式：
- 台灣本地：信用卡、ATM 轉帳、超商代碼、超商取貨付款（透過綠界第三方金流）
- 海外訂單：透過 PayPal 結帳，可使用 Visa / MasterCard / American Express / JCB 等主流信用卡（USD 計價）
本店不直接收受、亦不儲存您的完整信用卡卡號；所有付款資訊由第三方金流商處理。
五、配送服務
- 台灣本島：黑貓宅急便、宅配通、7-11 取貨。
- 國際運送：咖啡豆與濾掛咖啡可寄送至 USA、Singapore、Hong Kong、Macau、Malaysia、Japan，透過中華郵政 EMS 或 DHL；康普茶與烘焙商品因保鮮限制不寄海外。
運費、清關責任、預估送達時間請見運送政策。
六、退換貨政策
本店退換貨規則詳見退款政策。重點摘要：
- 食品類商品（咖啡、康普茶、餅乾）開封後恕不退換，除非有商品瑕疵或運送破損。
- 商品瑕疵或破損請於收貨 48 小時內聯繫；海外訂單請於收貨 7 日內反映。
七、隱私保護
本店重視您的隱私權，個人資料蒐集、使用、保留、刪除等規範詳見隱私條款。
八、智慧財產權
本網站之所有商標、Logo、文字、圖像、影音、網頁設計，均為本店或合法授權者所有。未經書面授權，任何人不得複製、轉載、改作、商業使用。
九、責任限制
本網站盡力維護服務品質與商品內容正確性，但不對下列情形承擔責任：
- 因不可抗力（天災、戰爭、罷工、海關政策變動）導致之延遲或無法配送
- 因買方提供錯誤地址、聯絡資訊導致之配送失敗
- 第三方金流、物流商之服務中斷
- 因網路、伺服器、設備等技術因素之短暫服務中斷

十一、準據法與管轄法院
本條款之解釋與適用，以中華民國法律為準據法。如因本網站使用發生爭議，雙方同意以台灣台中地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

This site (leaven.tw) is operated by Banzhuo Planet Food Technology Co., Ltd. (Tax ID: 90488333), trading as Leaven 樂坊.
Scope: We sell specialty coffee, drip bags, naturally fermented kombucha, and baked goods. International orders are limited to coffee beans and drip bag products.
Payment: Domestic orders accept credit card, ATM transfer, and convenience store payment via ECPay. International orders are processed through PayPal in USD and accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, JCB).
Shipping: Taiwan domestic via T-Cat / 7-Eleven pickup. International shipping for coffee products available to USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, and Japan via Chunghwa Post EMS / DHL. Kombucha and baked goods cannot be shipped overseas. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns: Food products are non-returnable once opened, unless defective or damaged in transit. Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery (7 days for international orders). See our Refund Policy for full details.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy.
Liability: We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs policy changes, third-party logistics interruptions, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Disputes shall be submitted to Taichung District Court as the court of first instance.
